Eva's Favourite Food
The good spirit of our house has nothing to do with the traditional Austrian children's story about the so-called "Soup Clown". Eva simply loves soups in general.

...especially as it is prepared with cheese from the Pinzgau region - a cheese that is particularly stringy on the spoon. "Good soup awakens your spirits, is healthy, and isn't heavy on the stomach.
