CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3pm guaranteed. Kindly let us know your approximate time of arrival. On the day of departure, please check out until 11 am. If you would like to check in at an earlier time or to check out at a later time, we will kepp your luggage safe in our depot and you can enjoy the full day.

GARAGE
Our chargeable parking facilities are in the Kohlmais garage - level 5. You keep the parking ticket during your stay. Please return the ticket on the day of departure after checkout at the reception. If you lose the ticket, additional 10€ will be charged.

When you stay at eva,VILLAGE, parking is chargeable in the garage.

When you stay at eva,GARDEN you can also use our parkings spots outdoorfs in front of the hotel free of charge.

VALET PARKING
If you like, we park your car for you in the garage and take it back. Charge EUR 12,00 per vehicle.

DVD-PLAYER
You can rent a DVD-Player dnd DVD´s at th reception desk.

Our eva, Sport+Vitality coach Gunter is also there for you for personal ski lessons or hiking or biking tours. Easily fix an appointment at the front desk.

Winter - hotel and surrounding

SKI BOOT HEATERS
Our special ski boot heaters are availbe for your use in the ski room. They are switched on from 6pm to 9pm and 6am to 9am. Please ensure that ski boots are placed correctly onto the hangers.

SKI- / BIKE STORAGE ROOM
This is located in the cellar and can be accessed from inside and outside the hotel. To enter from the outside you must use your Hotel Key Card to open the outside door.

TOBOGGAN
In Saalbach, from Spielberghaus or Maisalm. In Hinterglemm, there is the Reiterkogel Toboggan Route starting from the Wieseralm. You can get information on the reception desk.

LIFT PASSES
Price and season times you can find out in the leaflet at the reception desk. Also, there is no need to wait at the cash desk of the lift station. Our Front Desk can prepare lift tickets fo you on the spot.

Summer - hotel and surrounding

BIKES
Bikes are available during the summer months free of charge upon availability. You can geht the keys at the reception desk as well as a backpack and a helmet. Furthermore, our partner bike'n soul offers a wide variety of more bikes on which you receive a 10% discount.  

BIKE’N SOUL
Being a partner of bike’n soul, eva,VILLAGE can provide great service and to all mountainbikers. Services such as guided MTB tours as well as daily energy packages and laundry services are just great for bikers.

GOLF
Within 50 minutes of driving, there are 6 fantastic Golf Clubs with up to 18 Holes Courses. For Infomration and Brochures, please aks the reception. As a golf partner hotel we can offer you a 25% discount on the greenfee on selected locations.

JOKER CARD
When booking your hotel in the summer, you automatically receive the Saalbach Hinterglemm JOKER CARD - for your perfect holiday! More info on the joker card you can read here

Jogging
The best way for jogging is next to the river Saalach with two directions: left to Jausern or right to Hinterglemm. More information you can receive at the front desk.

MINIGOLF
In the summertime, there is a minigolf center at the beginning of the center of Saalbach in front of the tunnel.

TENNIS
We are pleased to make a reservation for the tennis hall in Hinterglemm or the outdoor tennis courts in Saalbach.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking

A reservation is only binding with confirmation in writing and upon receipt of your deposit. Your deposit may also – when you provide your credit card details – be settled using a credit card.

If your deposit does not arrive up to the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. About the amount of deposit and bank details we will inform you during the booking correspondence.

Payment

Cash, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA or EC-card.

ONE SAFETY TIP – TRAVEL INSURANCE

In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we recommend you to book a hotel cancellation insurance for vacations in Austria via the Europäische Reiseversicherung – travel insurance. The insurance premium of our partner, the Europäische Reiseversicherung, is only about 5% of the booking! You will not only be covered for cancellation costs and early departure, but also for late check-in (e.g. because of a car breakdown) and an involuntary extension of your stay.

If you want, we can take out the insurance for you. In that case, we need from you:

Name and date of birth of all the insurance holders and payment of the insurance rate

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Room cancellations are only valid when written.
• From 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% cancellation fee from the total price.
• From 14 days before arrival, we charge 70% cancellation fee from the total price.
• From 7 days before arrival and no-shows, we charge 90% cancellation fee from the total price.
• A 14 days right of withdrawal corresponding to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not possible.

REGULATION FOR FORCE MAJEURE

In case of "force majeure" (e.g. flood, mudslide, avalanche danger) and thus prevented arrival and/or departure by roadblocks, the hotel does not take on liabilty and compensation.

DEPOSIT

We ask to pay a deposit of 30% to fix your booking

LOCAL TAX

Our rates include all eva, inclusive amenities.

The local taxes EUR 2,- per person from 15 years and older per night are not included. (from 01.12.2024 2,45)

In addition, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply, specifically the General Terms and Conditions of the WKÖ as of 15.11.2006
